Overview
We often create structures with combinations of materials - using each one to its strengths. Concrete is a suitable material to create durable structures and can adapt to complex forms.
Some of our structures use concrete for its ability to resist wear, as well as for the unique visual contrast it creates when used in conjunction with timber.
Composite concrete-timber structures are becoming more prevalent - particulary in floor structures as Timber Concrete Composite panels.
Our involvement
StructureCraft evaluates each material as part of the complete structural system, coordinating engineering, detailing, procurement, fabrication, and construction according to project scope.
