Songhees Wellness Centre

The Songhees Wellness Centre is a three-storey concrete, structural steel and glue laminated structure of approximately 54,000 square feet.

This is a community gathering place with space for sports and recreation programs for the Songhees nation, providing community activities and events.

We fabricated and erected the Glulam roof structure for the gymnasium which includes change rooms, a fitness centre, and retractable seating up to 300 people. The building also serves as a post disaster gathering place for the local area.

This facility achieved LEED Silver designation.
