Seventh Day Adventist - BC Headquarters

This new multi-use building in Abbotsford will become the headquarters for the BC Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Nestled into the slightly sloping site, the 3-storey space will consist of mass timber supported by glulam post and beam, on top of a reinforced concrete walkout basement.

We joined the design team early as engineer of record for the full structure, and turnkey fabricator and installer of the timber superstructure. The 25,000 sqft building opened in early 2025 and features a variety of functions including vaulted meeting rooms, a media production studio, a bookstore, and corporate offices.
