Framework at Block 10

Framework at Block 10 will be Houston’s first mass timber office building, and Texas’s first commercial office targeting net zero operational carbon. The beauty and efficiency of wood will be displayed by the exposed dowel laminated timber (DLT) floor and roof panels, supported by glulam columns and beams. The project is slated to break ground in 2024, with completion targeted for 2025.
