Western Yacht Harbor Office

Working alongside Patano Studio Architecture, StructureCraft supplied the prefabricated DowelLam DLT panels for the 2,600-square-foot office roof structure at the Western Yacht Harbor, a privately owned marina. This marked our first DLT project in Washington state.

The ten DLT panels - each 8’ by 35’, with a “select” finish on the underside - were fabricated by StructureCraft in our Abbotsford plant. The roof panels were erected by the general contractor Constructive Energy from a barge over the course of one day, due to the efficiency and accuracy of our off-site pre-fabrication.
