Overview
This 15-classroom primary school utilizes BC "beetle-pine" wood in its two-storey, 20,000 sq. ft. mass timber structure. The Nail Laminated Timber (NLT) roof and floor panels are carried by Douglas Fir Glulam beams at 9' on center with Glulam columns at the exterior walls and hallways.
We erected the entire prefabricated all-wood structure in 5 days.
