Camp Miriam Dining Pavilion

This 50’x60’ pavilion was custom-designed for Camp Miriam by StructureCraft. The intent was to provide a new, economical dining and activities space for the summer camp, large enough to serve 200 campers at a time. The open-air structure is set into the rocky hillside on a stepped concrete foundation.

The superstructure is constructed entirely of wood, with pre-fabricated light-wood-frame roof panels set atop glulam post-and-beam frames, all stabilized in both directions with timber knee- and X-bracing. We finished off the pavilion by handling the stairs, roof decking, gutters, glulam coatings, electrical and lighting – a turn-key project by StructureCraft.
