44 Commons is a 4-storey commercial mass timber office building with ground floor retail in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. StructureCraft fabricated and supplied the complete mass timber structure for the project, which included Douglas Fir Glulam beams and columns along with SPF (Spruce-Pine-Fir) DLT panels for the floor and roof decks.
