StructureCraft is honoured to join the project’s design team, providing structural engineering services for the mass timber superstructures across the development and participating in the NYC Mass Timber Studio.

The development will provide over 600 mixed-income homes and is anticipated to be the largest mass-timber residential project in New York City (and the United States) when it breaks ground in 2027. New Stapleton will bring sustainable materials and a dramatically reduced carbon footprint to the borough.
