3D on our new website!

Over the past 15 years, we have been creating detailed three-dimensional models of each of our projects. Each of these models contains complete geometry of our fabrication model, showing our attention to detail in every connection. Until now, these models have been hidden away in the dusty recesses of our network drives.

For the launch of our new website, we thought we'd do something with all of this valuable content - and make them a feature of the new site.

With the onset of Web 3.0 and associated technologies, more and more has become possible right inside your web browser. Over the last couple of years, a technology called WebGL has become supported by many browsers, allowing 3D to be displayed right within your browser. Just recently, with iOS 8.0, Apple products now also support this technology.

We have used Sketchfab to enable the display of all of our 3D models right within each of our project pages - so now you can zoom, rotate, and explore each of our projects in full 3D detail.

More blog posts on timber, digital fabrication, and tall wood coming.. please sign up for our Mailing List at the bottom of the page!

Below are a few models from some of our projects - but be sure to check out our whole 3D model repository of over 25 models over here on Sketchfab!
