Design, fabrication and installation of 5,000 sq. ft. of timber, glass, steel and concrete canopy structures consisting of laminated glazing on steel grids supported by “beetle-pine” glulam beams and columns. The beams and columns are of modified elliptical cross-section, and the columns, for durabilitiy, transition to moment-connected specially formed precast concrete.
